Nutrition expert reveals: 1 food that really harms your belly

Every day, we ingest harmful substances with our diet without knowing about it. These substances acutely endanger the health of our gut. This is why many people suffer from unpleasant symptoms such as constipation, irregular bowel movements, flatulence, heartburn or skin problems, all of them imposing enormous restrictions on their everyday lives and their quality of life.

These harmful substances contribute to a massive imbalance between gut bacteria that are good for our health and those that are damaging to our health. And there is one particular type of food that has a particularly negative impact on our gut and that you should avoid if you want to restore the healthy balance in your gut flora: Sugar.

“Not only does sugar nourish harmful bacteria and supports their reproductive capacity, it also destroys useful bacteria,” says Dr. Karsten Lindner, biochemist and nutrition expert with many years of experience as a natural health practitioner. “Therefore, sugar constantly increases the gap between the bacteria in your gut that are good for your health and those that harm your health.”

If the “bad” bacteria have taken control of your gut, numerous symptoms such as indigestion, diarrhoea, nausea, tiredness and a lack of energy, a weak immune system, weight increase, diabetes and even irritable bowel syndrome can occur. According to Dr. Lindner, the impact of sugar is even more devastating for our gut health than its effect on our blood sugar or on insulin resistance.

Unfortunately, harmful sugar hides almost everywhere in our diet, and not just in types of food that obviously contain sugar, such as sweets and soft drinks. Milk products, tinned food, sauces and gravy are also hidden sugar “bombs”, and salty or savoury convenience products increasingly contain regular white sugar.

Artificial sweeteners like aspartame or saccharin (contained in products labelled as ‘light’) destroy the healthy bacteria in the gut even faster than sugar. Taking medication is an additional contributing factor that leads to the formation of bad bacteria. “It would be best if you didn’t even give sugar and artificial sweeteners the opportunity to gain the upper hand over your gut flora and left them out of your diet as much as you possibly can. Because unfortunately, the longer you wait, the more serious the consequences may be,” Dr. Lindner says.

In order to reach as many people as possible, Dr. Karsten Lindner has produced an informative video about gut health to pass on his exclusive knowledge. In this video, he also reveals 4 additional effective strategies to eliminate harmful bacteria. This also includes a very special method to restore the balance in the gut very naturally and in a short period of time.

So far, the response to this video has been impressive. People affected by gut problems reported back that Dr. Lindner’s methods were such a great help that they were almost free of symptoms and ailments after a short period of time.
